Job Summary The successful candidate will support the implementation our research agenda in Tanzania and will support with all research activities within the project.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in research development, management and implementation
  • Assist the M&E Consultant to implement longitudinal evaluation
  • Support Contribute in the development, implementation and evaluation of the various short courses offered by Aga Khan University ECD workforce hub
  • Documentation of all field implementation and community engagement processes
  • Support with data management and analysis

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Education, Public Health, Nursing or other allied field
  • Strong background in mixed methods research
  • Advanced statistical analysis skills. Working knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative statistical software
  • Demonstrable ability to document research study processes
  • Any background in training and facilitation is desirable
