JOB TITLE: SHELF KEEPER
DUTY STATION: KAWE/MBEZI LUIS/KIBAH
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate information ( products feature, pricing and after sales service)
- Answer customers questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparison to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Coordinate with retail sales, representative team to provide excellent customer service
- Provide customer feedback to Immediate supervisor/Manager
- Stay up to date with new products
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as sales representative or similar role
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with customer/ consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stock procedure
- Track record of achieving sales target
- Flexibility to work in a various shift
- Bachelor degree/ Diploma in marketing or related field.
