Additional Names Call for Interview TRA. The Tanzania Revenue Authority was established by Act No. 11 of 1995, and came into operation on July 1, 1996. In carrying out its legal responsibilities, the TRA is governed by the law and is responsible for administering various Central Government taxes.
This agreement specifies the rights and obligations of the taxpayer as defined in the law taxes for the purpose of maintaining and improving the existing relationship between TRA and the taxpayer. The terms of this Agreement apply service standards that will be implemented to ensure TRA provides quality services to adhere to the rules and regulations that allow it relationships or joint ventures between taxpayers and stakeholders.
