CultivAid is a nonprofit organization based in Israel that promotes sustainable agriculture in East Africa and the Middle East. Using the Agricultural Helix framework, we combine research, farmer productivity, and value chain development to create sustainable, market-driven agricultural systems. Central to our work are Agricultural Innovation and Technology Centers (AITEC), which serve as hubs for technology demonstration, agricultural research, and hands-on training.
By linking Israel’s agricultural expertise with local needs, CultivAid empowers farmers and professionals, enhances supply chains, and fosters private sector growth. Our cluster-based approach supports small- and medium-scale farmers, encourages collaboration with regional governments, and scales Israeli innovations for greater impact. CultivAid is dedicated to strengthening agricultural ecosystems in developing countries, addressing challenges related to food security, climate change, and poverty, while promoting agriculture-driven economic growth.
