Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services to all CTC clients daily from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Facilitate selected weekend and evening clinics for stable clients receiving drug refills.
- Ensure client files are properly prepared and traced in advance according to the Box Initiative.
- Manage the triage process for incoming clients.
- Ensure the facility achieves its targets in HIV testing, linkage, and initiation of new clients.
- Support retention and adherence to care by tracing defaulters and returning them to treatment.
- Ensure all clients are initiated and complete Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT).
- Ensure at least 75% of clients are consistently on treatment for six months and three months.
- Communicate with CHMT and THPS teams to ensure smooth HIV service delivery.
- Supervise data clerks, community testers, and peer educators to ensure compliance with SOPs.
Qualifications Required
- Education: Diploma in Nursing or Clinical Medicine
- Academic Certificate: Certificate of Ordinary Level Education (Form IV)
- License: Valid practicing professional license
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working experience in CTC clinic services
- Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in both English and Swahili
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
