Position: Technical Poultry Sales Reps – 3 Positions, DSM
Sales Responsibilities:
- Achieves sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Engages both new and existing clients to promote and sell chicks and feeds.
- Serves as a liaison between the company, growers, and resellers.
- Gathers and shares relevant market intelligence with the Line Manager in a timely manner.
Customer Management:
- Builds, maintains, and strengthens relationships with customers in the designated area.
- Carries out various customer visits, including follow-ups with growers, meetings with resellers, and outreach to potential clients.
- Offers technical guidance and practical farm and business advice to growers, aligning with company standards to help improve their performance.
- Organizes training sessions and seminars to educate growers about company products, enhancing product awareness and driving sales.
Key Qualifications
- Diploma holder or higher in Animal Husbandry or Sales & Marketing
- Must be licensed and able to drive a motorcycle and light vehicles.
- Computer literate with above average digital skills
- A people person with strong people and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
